Each room reflects how the original family might have lived. The building later served as the Violet Riker Library from 1960 to 1979 before being renovated and opened as a museum in the early 1980s . The Ghost Bridge of Oak Ridge Reservoir

One of the most unusual landmarks near Oak Ridge is a stone bridge that is usually submerged under the waters of the Oak Ridge Reservoir. In the 1890s, the villages of Oak Ridge and Wallace Corner were evacuated and demolished to create the reservoir for Newark's water supply .
